Epclusa is a prescription-only brand-name medicine used to treat hepatitis C virus (HCV) adults. Epclusa contains two drugs: velpatasvir (100 mg) and sofosbuvir (400 mg). It comes in the form of a tablet that you take once a day for 12 weeks.

One tablet (400 mg sofosbuvir and 100 mg velpatasvir) taken orally once a day with or without food is the suggested dosage for adults.
